What happens if I cancel?
Subscribing is low-risk — here's exactly what happens to your data and your money.
Your work is locked, not erased
Anything over the Free limit is locked — not erased — until you're back under it or re-subscribe. One exception, and we would rather you read it here than discover it: if a plan is cancelled and was never paid for, files above the Free allowance are deleted 30 days later. A plan you have paid for keeps its files.
3 days' grace, cancel anytime
Keep full access to the end of your paid period, plus a 3-day grace window to renew or back up.
3-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with 3 free days — nothing is charged until day 3, and you can cancel any time before then. A card is required to start it, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel. One free trial per plan.
Add-ons are yours to keep
Add-ons you buy stay with you — independent of your plan, never lost if it lapses.
Paid periods are not refunded
The free trial is the risk-free window, so a period you have already paid for is not refunded. The exception is our fault: charged but not activated, or a significant outage. Read the Subscription Terms before you subscribe, not after.
Who you are paying
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. They take the payment, appear on your statement and handle any sales tax or VAT your country requires — we never see your card number.
